We will receive from you a sample or a sketch/drawing of the applicable/desired product. Based on this we will consult with you and our compounder to determine the rubber quality to be used for your application. Subsequently we have a mold produced and from this mold we will produce some samples. These samples will be measured again and sent out for verification. After approval of the samples we will start production.
For various customers we keep a stockpile of metal parts, in this manner we can quickly capitalize on the needs of the customer. In some instances we are requested to supply a product within 24 hours, this is no problem provided that we have the rubber quality on stock.
